Service Description

Evaluation of your symptoms and goals for treatment, review medical history and begin to develop an evidence-based care plan. Lab testing may be ordered to help direct care. Recommended treatment plans may involve menopause hormone therapy, other medications as appropriate, and lifestyle medicine (healthy eating, physical activity, social connections, restful sleep, mindfulness, and stress management).
